Beacon was born out of a deep understanding of two staffing challenges with major impacts across America: the high cost of RBT turnover in ABA clinics, and the painful reality of career loss for military spouses.

Founded by a military veteran, former military spouse, and parent who has waited on ABA waitlists and seen their child thrive with ABA. She witnessed firsthand the incredible talent within the military community: resilient, highly-educated individuals who were often forced to start over with every Permanent Change of Station (PCS). She saw the problem clearly: ABA clinics desperately needed reliable, dedicated RBTs, while military spouses needed portable, meaningful careers.

The Solution: A Vetted Talent Pipeline

In 2025, Beacon Behavior was launched to build a bridge. We realized that by focusing on recruiting talented RBTs and RBT-ready people, we could offer clinics a level of talent stability they had never seen before. Our candidates choose the RBT profession precisely because the national credential travels with them, meaning they are fundamentally more committed and less likely to leave prematurely.
